THIS I CAN DO!!!!! I'm so excited, cuz we always have green tomatoes in the fall that we lose to frost. I can't wait to try this. BTW, I serve pot roast twith pickle relish on the side to guests, most people have never tried it that way, and they usually love it. Now I can serve my OWN relish with the roasts. COOL! Thanks for this unexpected and easy recipe!
